Condo in asoke in Bangkok. Its behind Rama 9 street and hard to find. Entry just with fingerprints that's not good working. The rooms are small and dirty and will not come back. Much too expensive if you expect a clean and tidy room. Not even the pool was cleaned up. I am sorry but I can only say I dislike this place

Never buy an apartment here I am a landlord here, I bought an apartment here. But I regret very much that I feel very unsafe here. The security here is very unsafe. I parked at the parking place where A space by Areeya specified parking, and then lost the motorcycle, but aryee did not have any compensation. They kept telling me that my motorcycle was going to register, but I went to register. The security captain told me that he knew it. The next time I received the same note asking me to register, I can only prove that their work is just funning. .When I left Thailand for a month, the motorcycle was stolen. But Areeya has no any ation. The road here is a one-way street. If you have a car, it would be very inconvenient to buy it here, and the security guards are not take responsibility.The company is also very irresponsible. Don’t buy any apartment with them. the apartment has been sold for many years and they can not sell out.

The photos were taken when the residence was new and unfortunately do not reflect reality for lack of maintenance ... The gym falls in ruins and the pool area in very bad condition.

This is condo and location is nearly Central Rama9, MRT, Fresh market. But there are many phase here A-G and X-Z.

Pretty good lodging. I used this via air bnb. Pool is a nice touch and the 7 11 has almost everything you need. Trying to find the right time for the washing machine is a bit tricky. Short walk from Rama 9

Not quite user friendly. It is safe place to live tho. It is in the walking (about 1 km.) distance to the shopping area. There are some service motocycle should you're not willing yo walk.

This is a very good place to stay with free parking. The room kind of small but have everything you need with good Wi-Fi and good TV programs selection. If this place have stove and bigger will get 5 stars 👍 …

Good condos available here. Locality is decent, safe. MRT Station is 1 Km far which is a good thing (especially in Bangkok where you get stuck in traffic)

Comfy and beautiful condo. A distance to eat for mrt but have local Thai food around. There is a burger place up to road as well. Tricky to get to on Google Maps so you might have little problems with grab or uber
